Here we are, already well into November which is hard to believe. It's been such a hectic fall, especially these last few weeks with lots of tile and floor shopping and interior and exterior decisions to quickly be made. Before I share pics of the recent house progress, here are a few more from our very fun Halloween. We went as a family of race car drivers and I was the checkered flag girl.
The fall festival at Finn's preschool was really cute.
The trick or treating family event in our neighborhood.
Amazing carved pumpkins!
This was my favorite!
Finn's 1st time trick or treating in our neighborhood!
Now for the house pics, we have drywall up and almost finished!
The Living Room
We are so happy with all the light streaming through the new windows into the house.
Dining Room
Finn's secret hideaway!
The mini office where his hideaway is located.
Our bedroom
New transom window over the bedroom doorway which
helps bring in outside light from our bathroom windows.
Above is the entrance into Finn's room from the hallway.
Finn's room
His closet and bathroom area.
Here is the view coming down the stairs. I have dreams of us waking up xmas morning and walking down the stairs to see our tree all lit up in the corner of the room by the bifold doors. I even had a outlet installed right there just for a Christmas tree!
We are in a mad race towards the renovation finish line, the end is in sight and with a lot of luck we are really hoping to be in a "mostly" completed house
by xmas eve!
Finn's favorite xmas tree, girlfriend Reese!
